DG Cargo Operation Process.

• 1Identify UN number, hazard class and packing group per MSDS and IMDG Code.
• 2Collect and review full DG documents including MSDS, packaging certificate and test reports.
• 3Submit DG application to shipping line and obtain pre-approval for DG booking.
• 4Pack goods with UN-certified packaging and apply proper hazard labels, marks and shipping marks.
• 5Inspect cargo, packaging and labels for IMDG compliance before stuffing.
• 6Complete container stuffing and secure proper separation of incompatible goods.
• 7Prepare Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) and submit maritime declaration before cutoff.
• 8Complete customs declaration with full DG supporting documents.
• 9Deliver container to terminal and pass terminal security & DG inspection before loading.
• 10Monitor vessel loading and retain all DG records for post-shipment traceability.
